The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) within the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), has a need for Radio Frequency and Acoustical Shielding Consultant(s). DOS plans to award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for one base year and four subsequent one-year options, at the option of the Government. The IDIQ(s) will be made to the responsive Offeror(s) whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and offers the Best Value to the Government, whereas technical considerations are more important than cost. The Request for Solicitation and its attached documents will be posted under Solicitation Number, 19AQMM19R0316. No paper copies will be mailed. Proposal submissions will be due no later than 12:00 PM, EST on December 17, 2020.Questions (Q&A) period opens with the posting of the solicitation. Questions should be received no later than Noon, EST on December 10, 2020. Responses to all submitted questions will be posted as an Amendment in Beta.Sam.gov.
