The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) within the U.S. Department of State, has a need for a Telecommunications Cabling Firm to test the Structured Telecommunications Cabling Systems (STCS) in U.S. Diplomatic Mission buildings located worldwide. DOS plans to award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for one base year and four subsequent one-year options, at the option of the Government. The IDIQ(s) will be made to the responsive Offeror(s) whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and offers the Best Value to the Government, whereas technical considerations are more important than cost. The Request for Solicitation and its attached documents will be posted under Solicitation Number, 19AQMM19R0291. No paper copies will be mailed. Proposal submissions (electronically) will be due no later than Noon, EST on January 4, 2021. Questions (Q&A) period opens with this posting of the solicitation. Questions should be received (electronically) no later than Noon, EST on December 10, 2020.
