This is a Request for Quotations for the purchase and installation of a Gas Chromatograph–Mass Spectrometer for the Drug Laboratory of the Albanian State Police. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company offering the lowest price, potentially without discussions. Performance will be in Albania, with quotations submitted electronically in English to TiranaBids@state.gov, using Word, Excel, or PDF files (each under 70MB). Offerors must complete the required forms (SF-1449, pricing, representations, and certifications) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before submission. Failure to meet these requirements may render a proposal non-responsible and ineligible for award.
