Continuation of SF30 1) Line item 7 is added for the DBA insurance on Section 1 - Point II. Pricing (Base Year + Option Years) 2) Correction of table for Option Year 3 – Clin 001 is added by mistake twice (one as Line item 1 and the same was copied after Line 6 on the Solicitation document)
