The U.S. Embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan, is issuing a pre-solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for a Guard and Police Booth Repair Project. The contractor will be responsible for providing all construction services to meet the technical requirements provided with the solicitation.
