In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF 1449 with the total price Section 1, Pricing Section 5, Representations and Certifications Additional information as required in Section 3 Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to Procurement Agent Vahid Movsumov. Questions must be written in English and sent to email MovsumovVI@state.gov no later than 5 calendar days before the solicitation deadline. Please put RFQ number 19AJ2022Q0008 in the subject line for all emails related to this RFQ. When you ask questions, please do not create new emails but continue the existing correspondence.
