Dear Prospective Contactor, The U.S. Embassy Baku has a requirement for 2 (two) Vehicles. A Standard Form SF18 with listed specification of the required vehicle, Federal Acquisitions Regulations Clauses for this kind of procurement, Brand Name Justification, and FAR 52.204-24 - Vendor Representation are attached. The vehicles must be brand new; The delivery point is CIF Baku; The U.S. Embassy Baku may cancel the RFQ or any part of it; You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote; The U.S. Embassy Baku reserves the right to reject quotes that are unreasonably low or high in price; The payment currency will be either AZN or USD, and the U.S. Government will transfer funds from overseas. The U.S. Embassy Baku will pay the contractor via electronic fund transfer within 30 calendar days after receiving a proper invoice. The U.S. Embassy Baku is exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT). Please provide your quote excluding VAT. The U.S. Embassy Baku intends to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Please email your quotation(s) only to BAKUBIDBOX@STATE.GOV on or before 10:00 AM Baku time, 6:00 PM Eastern, on April 23, 2021. The quotation must include: • Vehicle cost; • Technical specifications and color; • Transportation cost if applicable; • Warranty cost and warranty terms and conditions if applicable; • Vehicle delivery period (number of days or months).
