The United States Embassy in Baghdad seeks a contractor to integrate an Emergency Power Off (EPO) system into an existing computer room's electrical and UPS installation. The work is strictly limited to adding the EPO functionality, associated wiring, interfaces, and verification, without replacing or upgrading the existing UPS or distribution equipment. The project must ensure that activating a single EPO button shuts down all UPS units and trips the main breakers, preventing battery backup, in compliance with NFPA 70 Article 645.11. All services are to be performed at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq.
