This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. THIS NOTICE OF AWARD IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government limited competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 – Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The acquisition was conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This action resulted in an award of Tree Trimming Services contract to Tigris Way LTD. This urgent acquisition provides upgrades to compound’s physical safety to ensure life, health and safety of the personnel under Chief of Mission Authority.
