This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to limit competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 – Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The proposed procurement is for carpet replacement services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only two (2) sources, Popcorn Company for Marketing Services and The Station, under the authority prescribed by FAR 6.302-2 – Unusual and Compelling Urgency. This action will result in limited competition for professional video production, photography, video editing production and motion graphic design for Social Media Content by leveraging data-driven insights and platform-specific strategies to maximize reach and impact and follow the state branding policy.
