The Embassy of the United State of America in Côte d’Ivoire will launch the solicitation on the Contracts Opportunities section of Beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. The requirement is for providing of health insurance services to the locally hired employees of the US Mission. The number of employees is 302 with 908 eligible dependents. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. -All responsible sources may submit a quotation via Beta.SAM.gov in order to be considered. - The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. - The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. - All contractor have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
