The U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy, will issue a solicitation for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of hydraulic traffic barriers, automatic gates, and bollard systems at the Embassy Compound and U.S. Government properties in Rome, and at the U.S. Consulates in Naples and Florence. The work involves maintaining approximately 30 gates, 7 barriers, and 20 bollard systems. The performance period is anticipated to be a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The contract will be firm fixed-price, and the Government may award based on the initial offer without discussion.
