The U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy, will issue a solicitation for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services for approximately 11 elevators and 8 platform lifts at the Embassy Compound and other U.S. Government properties in Rome. The anticipated performance period is for a base year plus four one-year option periods. The contract will be firm fixed-price, and award may be made based on the initial offer without discussion. A pre-quotation conference will be held, with its date specified in the forthcoming solicitation. All offerors must be registered in the SAM.gov database, and electronic proposal submissions are allowed with a file size guideline.
