The solicitation covers the supply of a 7 Seats Plug in Hybrid Van with delivery to the city of Rome, Italy. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant agreement will be a firm fixed price Purchase Order.
