The Embassy of the United States in Rome, Italy will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation covers the supply and installation of glass materials for buildings that are leased to or are owned by the US Embassy in Rome that are located in the downtown area of the city of Rome, Italy. The estimated quantity shall cover up to a maximum of 70 residences. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government may award the agreement based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant agreement will be a firm fixed price type of BPA Agreement. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposal. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
