The Embassy of the United States in Rome, Italy will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation covers the supply, installation, and maintenance of safety upgrades to Embassy leased apartments to comply with SHEM requirement. The estimated services quantity shall cover approximately 70 apartments within the central area of the city of Rome. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.The resultant agreement will be a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
