The Embassy of the United States in Rome, Italy will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation covers the services for parking garage spaces in the Campo Marzio neighborhood,, downtown area of the city of Rome, Italy. The annual estimate for the number of vehicles to be parked is up to 7 vehicles annually. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) based on the initial offer without discussion. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
