This is FAR part 12 and part 15 acquisition. All offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -Commercial Products and Commercial Services with their offer. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. The pre-proposal conference will take place on Thursday December 4th 2025, at 10:00 AM at the US Embassy in Jerusalem located at 10 Ha’Oman St., Jerusalem, Israel. If your company is interested in attending the conference, you are required to submit the names of the people who are going to attend the site visit along with their ID numbers and any questions, to Jerusalemprocurement@state.gov no later than Tuesday December 02nd, 2025 at 13:00 (Jerusalem local time). The Embassy of the United States of America in Jerusalem, hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for: Fuel Supply Services for US Embassy Jerusalem The Embassy of the of the United States of America in Jerusalem, Israel, intends to issue a firm-fixed price with economic adjustments Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for Fuel Services. The period of performance will be 12-months with four (4) one-year option periods. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses required to perform the services in Israel.
