The Embassy of the United States of America in Jerusalem invites you to submit a quotation for providing Media Reaction Services in Jerusalem. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference on February 01, 2023, at 13:00 on 18 Agron Road, Jerusalem. Prospective offerors who are interested, are required to submit the names of the people who are going to attend the site visit along with their ID numbers and any questions, to JerusalemProcurement@state.gov no later than January 20, 2023 at 13:00 (Jerusalem local time). The Embassy of the United States in Jerusalem hereby provides the following pre-solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a solicitation for Palestinian Media Reaction Services. Solicitation # 191S4023Q5540 – Palestinian Media Reaction Services The solicitation package including the pricing tables, scope of work, and terms and conditions will be published on www.SAM.gov and on the Embassy's website once it becomes available. The Embassy intends to issue a firm fixed price with indefinite quantity contract. The period of performance will be for 1 year, known as the base year, with 4 one-year period, to exercise at the option of the Government. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses required to perform the services in Israel. Solicitation and award will be subject to laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
