The U.S. Embassy in Serbia seeks a contractor to supply a scenario-based laser shooting range system and complementary tactical preparedness/response police training kits for new training facilities at the University of Criminal Investigation and Police Studies in Belgrade, Serbia. The contractor must provide the laser training simulator system, simulation training centre training kits, and onsite international installation/training. All items must be shipped as one consolidated shipment—no partial shipments—and delivered FOB Destination as soon as possible but no later than 90 days from contract award. Evaluation will consider technical specifications, delivery timeline, international deployment experience and maintenance/support coverage in Europe, past performance on at least three similar contracts, and price, with lowest price favorable. The Contracting Officer may negotiate final terms with selected contractors before issuing a purchase order and may award to other than the lowest-priced contractor based on best value.
