The Department of State is supporting the Guatemalan Migration Institute by procuring server capacity to build a traveler biometric database for a new migration control platform. The contractor must deliver new, unused equipment to Guatemala City, Guatemala, with delivery to a Doral, FL address within 30 calendar days of award. A firm fixed-price contract will be awarded on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis, with a 3-year warranty required for all software and hardware. The contractor must be registered to do business in the host country or partner with a locally registered entity for maintenance and repairs. Proposals must include a technical approach, three relevant past performance contracts from the past three years, and a price proposal.
