The U.S. Department of State is seeking proposals to procure and deliver ten green dogs for donation to the Government of El Salvador's law enforcement canine program. The contract will be awarded using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method. Vendors must carefully read the entire solicitation and Statement of Work, as submissions that do not meet all requirements cannot be revised.
