This acquisition will supply ammunition for partner nation law enforcement personnel, including 3,000,000 rounds of 5.56mm M855, 1,000,000 rounds of 9mm M882, and 2,500,000 rounds of linked M855, all manufactured to U.S. military specifications and requiring manufacturer certification. Delivery must be completed within 270 days from contract award, with items picked up FOB Origin by a State Department freight forwarder. The government will evaluate quotes on technical specifications, delivery timeline, export compliance experience, past performance in weapons deliveries to Ukraine, and price, with the lowest price being favorable.
