This opportunity supports INL/Kyiv by supplying new, U.S.-military-spec ammunition compatible with U.S.-provided weapons: 3,000,000 rounds of 5.56mm M855, 1,000,000 rounds of 9mm M882, and 2,500,000 rounds of linked 5.56mm M855. Offerors must provide manufacturer certification, quality assurance documentation, and ISO 9001:2008 compliance. Delivery will be FOB Origin, with all items picked up from the vendor’s location by a State Department freight forwarder, and must be completed no later than 270 days after contract award. Evaluation will consider technical compliance, delivery timeline, export compliance experience, past performance in weapons deliveries (especially to Ukraine), and price, with the government able to negotiate and award to other than the lowest-priced offeror.
