Delivery is to INL’s freight forwarder in Miami, Florida, USA, FOB Origin, with the contractor responsible for packing, export approvals, ITAR/AECA compliance, and shipping documentation; the ammunition will be donated to the Government of Colombia. The contractor must make four partial deliveries within 360 days of contract award, with an example schedule of 375,000 rounds at 90, 180, 270, and 330 days after receipt of order. Offerors must submit company/UEI/CAGE details, SDVOSB SBA certification, technical specifications sufficient to confirm equivalency, unit and total pricing with all burdens, and a specified delivery time.
