The opportunity involves a firm-fixed-price contract to supply two new Fast Response Boats (brand name or equal to Zodiac Milpro SRA 1050) to the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA), including equipment, shipping, delivery, and on-site training in Pakistan. Training will be conducted at PMSA facilities, consisting of an 8-day total: a 5-day operator session and a 3-day maintenance session, each for 24 personnel. Delivery is required 9–12 months after contract award (with the period starting upon export license receipt if required), with final delivery to PMSA HQ in Karachi, and all local trucking costs from Karachi Port must be included in the price. Evaluation will consider specifications, delivery and logistics plan, warranty terms, after-sales network in Pakistan, past performance (at least three similar boat contracts in the last two years), and price. The government may award to other than the lowest-priced offeror based on these factors.
