INL PAKISTAN - FAST RESPONSE BOATS
The Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs seeks to enhance the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency’s maritime law enforcement capacity by procuring two Fast Response Boats, including associated equipment, shipping, delivery, and on-site manufacturer training in Pakistan. The contractor must provide brand-new, purpose-built vessels for professional maritime law enforcement, along with comprehensive operator and maintenance training—totaling eight days—at PMSA facilities in Karachi. Required delivery is 9–12 months after contract award (or upon receipt of an export license, if needed). Performance location is Pakistan Maritime Security Agency Headquarters in Karachi, with all local trucking costs from Karachi Port included in the price proposal. Award will be a firm fixed-price contract based on specifications, delivery/logistics plan, warranty terms, after-sales network in Pakistan, past performance (three similar boat contracts in the last two years), and price.
