Required delivery is 9–12 months after contract award (or upon receipt of an export license, if needed). Performance location is Pakistan Maritime Security Agency Headquarters in Karachi, with all local trucking costs from Karachi Port included in the price proposal. Award will be a firm fixed-price contract based on specifications, delivery/logistics plan, warranty terms, after-sales network in Pakistan, past performance (three similar boat contracts in the last two years), and price.
