Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a procurement by the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) to supply handheld X-Ray scanners and training to support the Colombian Counter Narcotic Police (DIRAN) at seaports and airports. The contractor must supply 23 handheld X-Ray imagers, deliver three operator training courses for up to 20 students each, and provide a two-year warranty. Equipment delivery is required within 60 days of award, and shipping must be arranged to an INL Freight Forwarder in Miami, Florida, USA. The award will be a firm, fixed-price contract made on an "all or none" basis to the lowest priced, technically acceptable bidder.
