Domestic Training Facility
The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) requires a contractor to provide a dedicated training facility and support services for its Pre-Deployment Training Program. The facility must be located within 30 miles of the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., and within 25 miles of an international airport. The contract will have a one-year base period of performance with four one-year option periods. The facility must include classrooms, workspaces, secure storage, lodging, food service, and recreational amenities, with the capacity to accommodate between 50 and 300 trainees annually. The Government will award a firm, fixed-price contract based on a best-value determination where technical merit is more important than cost.
