The Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) has awarded a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract to Cellebrite Inc. for software and equipment. Performance is scheduled from December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027. Work will take place in Panama, supporting INL Panama’s partnership with the Government of Panama’s National Police. The procurement aims to improve local security and enhance identification of transnational criminal activity and narcotics trafficking.
