The INL Lima Aviation Program provides operational, safety, maintenance, and logistical training support designed to strengthen Peru’s National police (PNP)’s capability to carry out aviation-supported law enforcement counternarcotics operations to include coca eradication, drug interdiction and other law enforcement of rule of law support. The Aviation Program consists of twenty UH-1H II helicopters, one C-208B, and one B1900 aircraft. The Aviation program witihin Peru complies and follows the international rules and standards for better security of the aircraft to receive fuel Jet Turbo A-1 in optimal conditions at all facilities of refueling area to protect for any contamination, by regulating the integrity and good quality control. The vendor shall meet a prompt, cost-effective delivery, and effective customer service, while capturing economies of scale, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations also to transport aviation fuel in Lima, and locations east of the Andes and within the jungle such as Pucallpa, Puerto Maldonado, Tingo María at sharply discounted prices.
