The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the US State Department's intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price sole source purchase order with HARMONIA Holdings Group, LLC; Blacksburg, VA 24060 for the purpose of obtaining IT Services for International Law Enforcement Academies in Washington, DC. The Government intends to purchase the following: 001 All Labor (FFP). Reference Statement of Work (SOW). 002 Base Year ODC/Travel (Cost Reimbursement) The Government intends to negotiate solely with HARMONIA Holdings Group, LLC as per FAR Subpart 19.8—Contracting with the Small Business Administration; this contract will be awarded according to eligibility standards as small business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541512, with a size standard of 500 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. However, responses received by 20 July 2021 5:00 PM Eastern Time will be considered.
