The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the US State Department's intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price sole source purchase order with Cellebrite Inc (DUNS: 033095568) located at 07 CAMPUS DR STE 210, PARSIPPANY, NJ, 07054-4413 for the purpose of obtaining software licenses for This requirement is for the renewal of in support of Honduras National Police Directorate of Criminal Investigation. This initiative will facilitate and give investigation personnel the tools to quickly access and triage digital evidence. The Government intends to purchase the following units and quantities: *Twenty six (26) licenses of Universal Forensic Extraction Device (UFED) *Four (04) licenses UFED Cloud Analyzer, *Ten (10) licenses Analytics Desktop UAD The Government intends to negotiate solely with Cellebrite Inc as per FAR Subpart 19.8—Contracting with the Small Business Administration (8(a) Program); this contract will be awarded according to eligibility standards as an 8(a) participant. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334290-OTHER COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING, with a size standard of 500 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
