Currently, the SBGS is seeking INL’s assistance in procuring non-lethal training equipment. The purpose of this statement of work is to solicit and execute the purchase of non-lethal training equipment. The purchase will increase the availability of training to the officers of the Ukrainian SBGS Special Operations Units and will increase the ability to provide them with enhanced training in critical use-of force judgmental scenarios.
