Request for Quotations 191N6525Q0094, Supply of VAN, (13+1-seater), The Embassy of the United States of American New Delhi invites you to submit your competitive proposal for as described in the specification. Quotations are due by June 20, 2025 hrs (India Time) of 1700 HRS. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Your quotation must be submitted electronically at Newdelhibids@state.gov. Offer received late or sent on any other email address other than Newdelhibids@state.gov will be rejected and dealt in accordance with the procedures in FAR provision 52.215-1. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
