The Embassy of the United States of American New Delhi invites you to submit your competitive proposal for supply of VAN, (13+1-seater), Right Hand Drive (RHD), EURO/BS–VI as described in the specification. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail at kamathsp@state.gov on or before March 25, 2025. Please submit your quote via email at newdelhibids@state.gov, no later than April 4, 2025 (05:00PM New Delhi, India time). Offers submitted on any other e-mail shall not be considered for further evaluation. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
