American Embassy, New Delhi (India) is inviting you to participate for the requirement of “Fabricate & Supply of Gratings and Manhole Cover for the Embassy Enclave Apartments” at New Delhi (India). The fabrication specification/drawings details are listed under scope of work as attached SF-1449 document (page-5 to 7) and sizes & quantity listed (page-3). Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for “Fabricate & Supply of Gratings and Manhole Cover for the Embassy Enclave Apartments” to American Embassy, New Delhi (India). Interested bidders may participant and submit their quotation via email at stated email id. Prospective bidders are requested to carefully read RFQ and other listed specification in the scope of work and submit your best competitive offer accordingly. If you have any technical query, please raise your query via email at mehtan@state.gov no later than 22nd August 2024 (india Time). The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting and acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by 1700hours (India Time) of August 29, 2024. No quotation will be accepted after this time. Your quotation must be submitted via email at newdelhibids@state.gov with subject line “Solicitation#191N6524Q0137, Fabricate & supply of Granting and Manhole cover. Quotation received incomplete or received late or submitted at any other email id will not be accepted and shall not be considered for further evaluation. Please provide complete detail of specifications/drawing and considered quality/brand in you quotation along with lead time of completion project after award of PO. Please specify warranty of offering product in your quote if applicable. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 20MB. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the following: SF-1449. Section-1, Pricing, Additional information as required in Section-3. Section-5, Representations and Certifications. Proof of SAM registration. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
