Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for supply and installation of prefabricated Porta Cabin to accommodate members of local security staff for the Embassy of The United States of America, New Delhi. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it at newdelhibids@state.gov on or before July 22, 2024 by 05.00 P.M. local Indian Standard Time. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on July 1, 2024 at 1100 hours, U.S. Embassy, New Delhi, Gate # 1, Shanti path, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, India. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest at vedij@state.gov no later than 1700 hrs. New Delhi Time on or before June 28, 2024. Your quotation must be submitted electronically by email with the subject line “Solicitation for supply and installation of prefabricated porta cabins” to newdelhibids@state.gov on or before 1700 hours (New Delhi time) on July 22, 2024. Please do not forward your quotations at any other e-mail address except at newdelhibids@state.gov. Quotations received at different e-mail address and after the due date and time, shall be dealt with in accordance with the procedures in FAR provision 52.212-1(f). All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail at vedij@state.gov on or before July 3, 2024. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered received after July 3, 2024
