If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it at newdelhibids@state.gov on or before January 29, 2024 by 1700 hours. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on January 23, 2024 at 1100 hours, U.S.Embassy, New Delhi, Gate # 7, Chancery Building. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest at vedij@state.gov no later than 1700 hrs on or before January 19, 2024 by 1700 hours Indian Standard Time for arranging entry of their participants into the building. No substitutions will be permitted later. Complete names and contact numbers of the individuals participating in the site visit should be provided, and the participants must carry a valid ID proof like driving license or passport or voter ID card during the site visit. Your quotation must be submitted electronically by email with the subject line “Solicitation for providing and installation of tensile fabrict” to newdelhibids@state.gov on or before 1700 hours (New Delhi time) on January 29, 2024. Please do not forward your quotations at any other e-mail address except at newdelhibids@state.gov . Quotations received after the due date and time shall be dealt with in accordance with the procedures in FAR provision 52.212-1(f). All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail at vedij@state.gov on or before January 22, 2024. responses will be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered received after January 29, 2024
