The purpose of this amendment is for the following : Pre-proposal conference date is postponed to April 22, 2022 at 1100 hours. The date to submit/register the names of the participants for preproposal conference is postponed to April 19, 2022. Please submit your request for registration to attend preproposal conference at vedij@state.gov. Accordingly Block 9 of SF33 of the subject solicitation is hereby amended to extend the hour and date for receipt of offers until 1700 hours local time by May 10, 2022. The quoter is required to convey their acceptance by completing Blocks 8 above and 15A, 15B and 15C below and including the signed SF-30 in their proposal submission.
