Embassy, Shantipath, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, India The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for supply of Right-Hand Drive motor vehicles with New Delhi Euro-6 emission standards as per specifications mentioned in this RFQ. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The deadline for submission of offers is September 18, 2020 by 05:00 p.m. (Indian standard time) at newdelhibids@state.gov. Instructions on how to complete and submit the offer are provided in the solicitation (Section 3 and its addendum) and its cover letter. Please read the solicitation document carefully before submitting an offer. Proposals not complying with the requirements specified in Section 3 may be deemed as incomplete and may be excluded from further consideration. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Only offers received within the response timeframe will be considered by the Government. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on beta.sam.gov. Questions concerning this solicitation should be sent in writing to Mr. Ashok Chellaramani at ChellaramaniA@state.gov in the Q&A form as attached with the solicitation document, latest by September 10, 2020. Questions must be written in English. No questions will be entertained after September 10, 2020. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
