Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for providing trunked digital radio services to the American Embassy, New Delhi and its Consulates in India for its emergency radio program. The Embassy will release a solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov when it is available. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and one one-year period at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. This requirement requires prospective bidders to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register with SAM prior to the submittal of proposals. Registration information can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Note: The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about July 1, 2020. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation.
