To revise the period of service to Base year [Sep 2024 – Sep 2025] + One Option year [Sep 2025 – Sep 2026] subject to following conditions: Availability of funds. Vendor’s satisfactory performance during base year. Vendor must be active in SAM.gov, till the expiry of the Contract. To include the revised BOQ. The U.S. Consulate General, Chennai invites you to participate in this solicitation to provide the “AMC Services for the Swimming Pool, Tennis Court & Playground at Consul General’s Residence (CGR)” for the period of One-year, effective Sep 2024, as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
