The U.S. Consulate General in Mumbai, India requires preventive maintenance services for a Multistack Air Cooled Chiller and two Multistack rooftop Air Handling Units (AHUs). These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. This work will be performed on systems accessing the Post Communications Center (PCC)/Controlled Access Area (CAA) of the building.
