The purpose of this firm fixed price purchase order is to for the Contractor to provide Rehabilitation Measures to Lincoln House building. Refer to the statement of work and bill quantities for full description. The works are to be carried out outside and inside the buildings. The works include the restoration, rejuvenation and renovation of vital areas of the building. Works will need to be so planned that minimum disturbance and inconvenience is caused to the members / users. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The deadline for submission of offers is September 08, 2020 by 1600 hours (India Standard time). Instructions on how to complete and submit the offer are provided in the Solicitation (Section–3 and its addendum) and its cover letter. Please read the solicitation document carefully before submitting an offer. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Offers received within the response timeframe will only be considered by the Government. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all related documents and any applicable amendments posted on beta.sam.gov. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
