The U.S. Embassy Jakarta seeks qualified contractors to provide hotel lodging, meeting/function room rental, and related hospitality services for official U.S. Mission activities in Indonesia. The Government intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for November 9, 2026, at the U.S. Embassy Jakarta, and interested participants must register by November 2, 2026.
