The U.S. government is seeking proposals for a maintenance service contract covering HVAC systems and appliances at U.S. Embassy residences in the Jakarta area. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror with the lowest acceptable price, and the government may make an award without holding discussions. Offerors must submit complete proposals in English, including the SF-1449, pricing, representations and certifications, and proof of SAM registration. Proposals must be submitted electronically in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or PDF format, with individual files limited to 30MB.
