The U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks qualified legal counsel to provide expert advisory services on Indonesian labor and employment law and related regulations. This includes but is not limited to analysis of the practical implications of those laws and compliance requirements for U.S. government activities in Indonesia and for local employment practices. The Contractor will also advise on other Indonesian legal issues as requested. In performing these services, the Contractor will be responsible for reviewing issues, identifying any legal concerns, providing actionable recommendations, and summarizing relevant legal precedents in response to inquiries or other requested legal matters. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.
