In accordance with FAR 6.305 and FAR 5.301(d), a firm fixed price PO has been awarded to PT Mitsubishi Jaya Elevator and Escalator for Major Repair services for Elevator Systems at the U.S. Embassy Jakarta, Indonesia. The award was made under the authority of 41 U.S.C.3304(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, as PT. Mitsubishi Jaya Elevator and Escalator is the Sole Authorized Mitsubishi Elevator service provider in Indonesia with access to OEM parts and certified technicians. The approved Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is attached to this posting in accordance with FAR 6.305(a).
