The award was made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, as PT. Trane Indonesia is the sole authorized Trane Equipment service provider in Indonesia with access to OEM parts and certified technicians. The approved Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is attached to this posting in accordance with FAR 6.305(a).
