The Embassy of the United States in Jakarta hereby issues a solicitation for Travel Management Services. The Contractor shall provide the services to the US Embassy Jakarta, US Consulate Surabaya, US Consulate Medan, and US Consular Agency Bali, in Indonesia, as described in this solicitation. The contract type is a requirement type contract for all travel management services required by the agencies. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date to start services, set forth in the Notice to Proceed, with four (4) one-year options to renew. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. This solicitation is issued via this beta.sam.gov website only - no paper copies will be mailed. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference on Friday March 19, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Jakarta Time (WIB) virtually via Microsoft Teams and all prospective quoters who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
