The Embassy of the United States in Reykjavik, Iceland is inviting vendors to submit their best offers for janitorial services as specified in the Performance Work Statement included in the solicitation. This will be a firm fixed price contract for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with two one-year options. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under any resulting purchase order or contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time prior to the award.

The Embassy of the United States in Reykjavik, Iceland will issue a solicitation for janitorial services. This is a firm fixed-price contract and the anticipated performance period is for one year. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be evaluated. The Government plans to issue the solicitation during the month of December 2025. Note: The response date is not a firm date, please see the Request for Quote (RFQ) for the actual date. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database at https://www.sam.gov at the time of quote/proposal submission and provide evidence thereof pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are highly encouraged to register in SAM.gov immediately as non-registration shall deem the offeror to be nonresponsive and disqualified from consideration.
